Employer Accreditation

To maintain the quality, safety, and legitimacy of job opportunities on Sikap, all employers are required to undergo an accreditation process before posting vacancies. This ensures compliance with labor regulations and protects job seekers from fraudulent or unlawful recruitment practices.

1 Required Documents

1. Letter of Intent

A formal letter stating:

  • Intent to participate in PESO Rosario's employment programs
  • A brief overview of hiring needs
  • Commitment to fair and lawful labor practices
  • Contact details of the authorized representative

2. Company Profile

A comprehensive profile including:

  • Company history, business nature, and main activities
  • Organizational structure
  • Employee benefits and policies
  • Past hiring activities and retention rates

3. Updated Business Permit

Must include:

  • Legal business name and address
  • Nature of business
  • Validity period
  • Local government authorization

4. Certificate of No Pending Case

Issued by SEC/DOLE confirming:

  • No pending labor disputes or violations
  • Compliance with labor laws
  • No unresolved employee complaints

5. SEC or DOLE Registration

Proof of legal business registration:

  • SEC registration (for corporations/partnerships)
  • DOLE registration (for sole proprietorships)
  • Authority to conduct business in the Philippines

6. Certificate of No Objection (Local Recruitment)

Required for local hiring activities:

  • Clearance to recruit in Rosario
  • Acknowledgment from local authorities
  • Compliance with municipal ordinances

7. POEA Registration (Overseas Recruitment only)

  • Valid POEA license
  • Authorization to recruit for overseas employment
  • Compliance with international labor standards

8. List of Job Vacancies with Qualifications

Must include:

  • Position titles and descriptions
  • Required qualifications and experience
  • Salary ranges and benefits
  • Number of vacancies per position

9. Phil-JobNet Registration

  • Proof of an active employer account on Phil-JobNet
  • Integration with DOLE's national job-matching system
  • Compliance with online employment reporting

2 Submission Process

1. Register an employer account on Sikap
2. Prepare all required documents in digital format (PDF preferred)
3. Upload documents via the employer profile
4. PESO Rosario reviews the submission (within 3–5 working days)
5. Respond to requests for additional documents or clarifications
6. Receive accreditation approval notification once verified

3 Document Validity

Business Permit: Must be for the current year
SEC/DOLE Documents: Must be valid and updated
Certificates: Must be issued within the last 6 months
POEA License: Must be active and current
